How Our Mail-In Service Works
Start a New Service Ticket
Tell us about your device and the issue you are having. We will need your name, phone number, email address, and a short description of the problem.
Speak With Our Team
A Computers Plus USA team member will review your request and contact you with next steps, shipping instructions, and any important details before you send your device in.
Mail Your Device
Once your ticket is started, you can safely package your device and ship it to our repair location.
Diagnostic & Repair Review
Our technicians will inspect the device and contact you with repair options, pricing, and approval before moving forward.
Repair & Return Shipping
Once approved and completed, your device will be shipped back to you.
